We purchased this DVD set to assist in teaching myself and my toddler a second language since my husband speaks french. The audio in this DVD is very poor quality! You can't understand anything Muzzy is saying. The cartoon is very outdated. I had to make three phone calls to the company before I finally was able to speak with someone in order to return the product. The representative said okay, just return it. I had to ask her if she was interested in why I wanted to return the product. She said several people have complained it is outdated, obviously they are not interested in changing it.

DO NOT waste your money on this product!!!

My children are 5 and 2 and both enjoy this CD. The songs are catchy and the stories are darling. We have all learned a few Spanish phrases, and my five-year-old is engaged enough to keep asking, "What's that word in Spanish again? What did they just say?" etc. I like the use of what sound like native and non-native Spanish speakers - that sends the message that we can all learn different languages!

Tried to load on one computer that more than exceeds the minimum requirements. Took about an hour to fully install. Finally get it installed and a message immediately pops up forcing you to download an update, which took another half hour. Finally get it loaded and it immediately locks up. Attempted to install it on another computer and same thing, although this time it gets hung up on the selection screen. There is either something wrong with the disc I was sent, or there is something seriously wrong with the game upon release.
