Just finished installation of trampoline and net. I thought there wouldn't be enough hours in a day to get this done. The Jumpsport engineers should take a day off and try setting this up with the ridicolous TOOL and instructions provided. Went to the local hardware store to get the tool that you need to finish this job in a somewhat decent time (but still not under 3.5 to 4 hrs): I strongly recommend a ratchet handle plus a 10mm deep socket. Putting the 48 nuts (10 mm - why metric?) will drive you nuts otherwise. Apart from the installation, we are pretty happy with trampoline and safety enclosure. Solidly built and a lot of fun! I also recommend to get the ladder - we didn't get it together with the trampoline and will order it now. Hard to get up there without.

This morning I grew impatient waiting for my husband to wake up and help set up the trampoline. I decided to start setting it up myself and see how far I could get. In about an hour and a half I had it all together and ready to go. It's a sturdy construction and looks it will last a long time. Very happy with the purchase!

I've researched trampoines for over a year cause I wanted to make sure I buy the best trampoline for my kids. I came across the Alleyoop by Jumpsport but it was very pricy, then I found the StageBounce, the same as the Alleyoop (variable bounce) but alot more cost effective, a saving of about $700 if not more.
I recommend the StageBounce, my kids and I love it. It's safe and has a great bounce. Everyone who comes over loves it too.

We purchased this for a new trampoline and within a few days of setting everything up we were hit with a huge storm. Our neighbor's glass patio table was destroyed in this storm but (thankfully) the trampoline was untouched thanks to this product.

I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in protecting their property.

Shipping restrictions listed by Amazon state the merchant does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. This is not true as I then attempted to purchase the ladder from the merchant direct and they included "Armed Forces Pacific" and "Armed Forces Other" as options for the state. This always means that the merchant will ship to this typw of address. The day after I placed the order (as part of a present for my son's birthday), I received an email stating that Jumpstart did not ship to APO addresses and requested a continental US address. I am willing to pay the USPS shipping, but they appear to be inflexible for servicemembers. I do not recommend using them for these reasons.
