I bought this item because I have picked up weight due to health issues and need lower back support.
THis item was not a strong as I thought nor was it large enough.
When I went to the "Return an Item" section of amazon the seller has a full list of items that it will not accept as a return(seems to me like anything). All I did was open the package and that disqualified the return.
Luckily this item was only $15 but I would NOT RECOMMEND this PRODUCT OR SELLER!!!!!
